If you were a performer on Stimmung, or a researcher about it, if you know secret details, if you spoke with Stockhausen, please contact me or insert a comment here.
I must manage a Stimmung performance in Italy so I must have more news as possible.

I worked with Stockhausen for four consecutive late years, personally a couple of weeks each year, and then via correspondence between those occasions, but my work consisted in photography and highly biased personal writings; not musicology. Before you go looking for "secret" details; study the details readily available, en masse. There are some musicologists, however, that are active on the lists too, like Jerome Kohl. And contact the Stockhausen-Verlag. They can point you onwards. Don't make a simple thing complicated

Since Ingvar Loco Nordin has mentioned my name, and the "someone" mentioned by rostasi is me, I suppose I had better make myself known to you. I don't know any "secret details", and in all the many times I spoke with Stockhausen, I think we only ever discussed the performance practice of Stimmung once. Still, I may be able to point you in some useful directions. Please contact me off-list.

And now it's banned spam, which unfortunately turns this part of the thread into no sense at all. Pity, it was bizarrely good for a spambot; but the longer we leave it the better the chance it really starts to spew.
