- Dr. John Curtis Browning received his degrees at Claremont University, Cal State San Bernadino and UC Riverside. One of his main teachers have been the well respected Byron Adams. Having been adjunct professor at UC Riverside's graduate music program and the Chairman of Composition and Music Theory at Biola University, JC Browning is now putting more focus on composition while still continuing his teaching career at various universities in southern California.
