Leonardo Zunica graduated summa cum laude in Conservatory of Verona in the class of Renzo Bonizzato ( former pupil by Arturo Benedetti Michelangeli ). Then he followed his pianistic education in Vienna MusikHochschule in the class of Jurg von Vintschger and at the Moscow Conservatory where he entered in the class of world famous piano teacher Lev Naumov. He also increased his pianistic knowledge with several concert pianists as Konstantin Bogino and Alfredo Speranza, Aldo Ciccolini, Jerome Rose, Vladislav Kovalsky, Virginio Pavarana, Adriano Ambrosini. His particular musical talent has been appreciated in several national and international competition. In 2001 he get the Schubert Award in "Bellini Piano International Competition". He performs as soloist and in chamber music, with the ucrainian violinist Olexsander Semchuk. He also performs contemporary music, especially concearning composers as Crumb, Cage, Rojac, Manfrin, Trevisi, Messiaen and many others. He joined collaboration with Quartetto di Fiesole, Sandro Cappelletto, Theodora Gheorghiu, Stefano Giavazzi, Volodimir Syrenko, Paolo Ghidoni, Mauro Negri and many others. He’s artistic director of Eterotopie Festival, Mantova and director of the cultural magazine "Transatlantico"

In quei giorni ci dovrebbe essere anche Peter Greenaway in città. Stiamo configurando con lui un progetto sulla città. Non nego che la tua idee su Parigi, mi pare interessante e forse applicabile anche qui.
